Biography
I am excited to explore intimate connection to oneself and others and meet life with curiosity. Circling teaches me to surrender deeper to life, welcome all of my experiences and explore connection to others. My training in integral psychotherapy and restorative justice show me to be with others and hold space for what wants to be said and heard. I am passionate about combining authentic relating, integral theory and meditation into an approach to conflict mediation that combines mind, spirit and body.
