Full Moon Kakao Ceremoni – Openings
You are invited to be part of the first Kakao-Ceremoni at Relational Space.
We call it “Openings” – both as this will be the opening of a long sequence of Full Moon Ceremonies, and also because you are invited to take this opportunity to reflect and feel into, how you want to open up your new year 2021.
The day of full moon is chosen, as the full moon is said to be a good day to see yourself. If we imagine that we somehow follow the cycles of the moon, we can see this as a time, where we are lit up our full figure, and things that usually hide in the shadow stands out to be seen.
Stepping into our new year, this evening could be an opportunity to see ourselves, where we are at right now. What wants to be seen in order to move on?
What will happen?
My intention for the evening is to provide a soft and warm space for you to sink into and feel and see what is alive in you on that particular evening.
You will be guided through the evening with music, meditations and a few exercises, and most of the evening you’ll spend in your own space.
My guidance does not have so much hokus pokus to it. I see the kakao as a way for us to warm up our center with a warm and loving plant, and my spaceholding is to create safety for us to feel and explore, what comes out from in there.
The kakao I serve contains only raw cocoa and plant milk as well as spices like cardamom and cinnamon. It has a calming and heart-opening effect, which has several explanations.
The medical one is that the cocoa causes our blood vessels to open so that the blood runs slower and the heart expands. It makes us feel our heart and calms the nervous system.
The more spiritual explanation is that cocoa has a spirit like everything else. The spirit of cocoa is a very loving and gentle spirit who wants us to open our hearts and live by what is our truth.
The kakao works best on empty stomach, so eat your last (light) meal at 14.30.
- Your own cup
- A blanket and a pillow
- Snacks for you to eat during integration at the end (you’ll might be hungry)
Due to Corona there is only 9 tickets for the event, and they cost 300 Kr. Information on how you can buy them will be published soon.
