Slow down!
Mind the gap!
What if you have the intention to move your leg, but you don’t do it immediately? Instead you feel into this intention until it becomes so strong that your leg starts to move on it’s own, very slow. You can feel every millimeter but it is almost not visible. Or, the intention goes away and you don’t need to move your leg anymore.
What is the impact in you physically, emotionally, mentally? What is the impact in the room, when you move so slow.
What if you want to say something but you don’t do it immediately?
What if you want to be close to someone and explore that intention in the same slow pace and mindfulness?
Let’s explore those in-between spaces. You are free to share your experience verbally, or in silence.
COVID-19
We follow government regulations and recommendations around COVID-19 and do our best not to further the spread of the virus. We ask you to do the same:
– Please do not show up to events if you have symptoms of covid-19.
– You are required to have a valid corona-passport to participate in our events (for most people this means being vaccinated or being tested within 72 hours of the workshop you are going to). Our facilitators will check this on arrival.
– There is a test center in Fælledparken, close to Relational Spaces, where it is possible to be quick tested.
