ManuVision Lunch Movement
This is a short condensed lunch programme focusing on getting you back in contact with your body. We focus on getting energized and alive with free movement through the whole body.
The tempo will vary, and we will open the feet, the hips, the spine and the shoulders. You will leave more awake and with more capacity for focus.
ManuVision Movement is a training style developed by body therapists trained in karate and inspired by yoga. It blends movements and stretches from karate, yoga and other systems and places extra focus on creating grounding and body awareness in the practitioner.
