ManuVision Movement is a training style developed by body therapists trained in karate and inspired by yoga. It blends movements and stretches from karate, yoga and other systems and places extra focus on creating grounding and body awareness in the practitioner.

We will do strength training, focusing on usable coordinated strength. We will train body control with targeted exercises as well as increase flexibility with stretching. Through all of it we will develop greater body awareness to get that extra strength and control and to prevent future injuries. We will also look at how to train to get a better posture which will prevent back problems and joint problems, as well as make you look better.
