What do you really want? Moving into the unknown
Do you have difficulties finding out, what you really want? What is it, that you are here for? Should you aim higher in terms of doing things that make you feel alive? Or do you suspect yourself to have too high exceptions that will keep you forever unsatisfied? Do you keep repeating the same questings over and over again without finding the answer?
Are you curious to move into the unknown and explore what you really want – then this event might be for you 🙂
WHAT WILL HAPPEN?
We will take you through an evening of exploration of your internal motivations and deeper longings. You will be guided to not just use your head, but also go with impulses from your body and aspects of you that can not be accessed intellectually.
We call the workshop “What do you really want?”, as we hope to provide you with exercises and ideas that can inspire you to move closer to what you really want in areas that are important for you. It might be job-wise, relationship-wise, homebase-wise, or whatever you feel open to explore.
The event has the under title “Moving into the unknown”, as we aim to create a space where each participant can move into areas of him or herself that are usually not examined in the usual search for answers.
We aim to create space where you can move into the unknown, what answers you will or will not find there is hard to tell. The intend of the evening is to create space for new ways to explore your inner world, in other ways than you maybe usually do – and an atmosphere where you can open yourself up to other answers than you usually get, when you keep turning in the same mill.
There will be exercises where you work on your own, exercises where we couple you up in pairs and exercise done in the group – prepare yourself for interaction with others, and also exercises that involve movement and play.
