What do you really want? Moving into the unknown
Do you have difficulties finding out, what you really want? What is it, that you are here for? Should you aim higher in terms of doing things that makes you feel alive? Or du you suspect yourself to have too high exceptions that will keep you forever unsatisfied? Do you keep repeating the same thoughts over and over again without finding the answer?
Then this event might be for you 🙂
WHAT WILL HAPPEN?
We will take you through an evening of exploration of your internal motivations and deeper longings, and you will be guided to not just use your head but also go with impulses from your body and aspects of you that can not be accessed intellectually.
We call the workshop “What do you really want?”, as we hope to provide you with exercises and ideas that can inspire you to move closer to what you really want in areas that are important for you. It might be job wise, relationship wise, homebase wise or whatever you feel open to explore. The event has the under title “Moving into the unknown”, as we aim to create a space where each participant can move into areas of him og herself that are usually not examined in the usual search for answers.
You might end out disappointed, if you expect to find the answer tonight. See this event as your opportunity to get inspiration for ways to explore your inner world in other ways that you usually do with the aim to open yourself up to other answers than you usually get, when you keep turning in the same mill.
There will be exercises where you work on your own, and exercises where we couple you up in pairs, so prepare yourself for interaction with others and also exercises that involves movement and play.
WHAT WE HOPE TO INSPIRE YOU WITH
- New insights of what makes you feel alive
- Exploration of your ideas about yourself
- A playful approach to something that might is stuck in seriousness
- Experience in acknowledging impulses in you that might stick out from ‘normal’
PREPARATION
Your preparation for the day is to bring an item or a photo of something or someone, that has brought you in contact with the place in you, where you feel the most alive giving from.
We will have a 30 min dinnerbreak, so we suggest you to bring some food for yourself, as the takeaways are a bit too fare to reach in that time frame.
