Welcome to the member page of Relational Spaces. This is your personal dashboard where you can hopefully find everything you need to know about membership, payments, booking and event making.
Members of the association are people who actively facilitate workshops, do therapy or work in the space. Members are featured on the webpage, can be booked for treatments on the webpage and has their workshops featured in the calendar on the website and Facebook. In addition to your membership payment you can also pay to:
– Use the co-working space
– Use the treatment rooms
– Use the workshop rooms for courses.
You pay for your membership by logging in to the payment system (you are already registered with your email – you might need to renew your passworkd) and buying a subscription. You will then automatically be charged on your card for the membership every month.
If you want to use the co-working space in Relational Spaces you need to make a subscription where you choose how many days pr. week you are going to spend in the space. You pay for your membership by logging in to the payment system and buying a subscription. You will then automatically be charged on your card for the membership every month.
If you want to use the treatment rooms in Relational Spaces you need to make a subscription where you choose which days you want to use the treatment room. You pay for your membership by logging in to the payment system and buying a subscription. You will then automatically be charged on your card for the subscription every month.
You pay for the rooms you have used for courses at the end of the month. At the end of every month you need to fill out the membership payments spreadsheet with the amount of events you have hosted and click the checkbox. You need to do this even if you haven’t hosted any events during the month. After that the cashier will send you an invoice.
On the Ryesgade side of the building there is a grey key box. In this you will find the key for both the gate and the front door. The code is changed every month, or in certain occasions, it can be found in the #keyboxcode channel on Slack. Please remember to put it back.
When you leave check if you are the last one. In that case turn off the lights, take out the trash and lock the coworking if unlocked and make sure the front door is locked after you.
